I would like to start my review off about this company by saying, "OH my goodness!" Using their service was the best experience i have ever had! My mother's home going Service was October 18. 2025 and I wanted her body to be taken into the cementary with horses and a buggy.

John told me he was unable to do it because he had to do his dad's service the same day,but gave me two other referrals. I called and neither one had availability, I text John back and told him how disappointed i was. Around a half hour later, John said he would do his dads funeral and then move some things around just to do it! He had his secretary Veronics set things up. She was so pleasant and was like a breathe of fresh air! That was a miracle that John said he would do it!

The horses and carriage were simply Beautiful and Elegant! Even the way the horses galloped into to cementary! I've never seen something so beautiful! ​ Please, if you are thinking about having a special occasion or doing something like this, call John and his assistant, Veronica, you won't be dissspoined with their services! ​

I just wanted to say thank you so kindly for coming through at the last minute and making this a memorable moment we will never forget...Very classy, professional and elegant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My daughters homecoming was perfect!

I was very very pleased with the level of professionalism. The service was provided exactly as expected. Mr. Balhorn and his staff are delightful people to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly.
